For businesses who need more regular support - designed to help you stay compliant, solve issues quickly, give you peace of mind, and access expert guidance and advice whenever you need HR support - all for a fixed monthly cost at a fraction of the cost of employing someone.

We can handle everything for you - from HR documents, contracts, and policies to people management and people issues.

Choose from either our Essential HR Support package or our Total HR Support package - depending on the level of support you want.

We understand that every business is different and the support you require may need to be more bespoke.

Perhaps you require a bit more work up front to get you up and running or for a project, followed by lower level ongoing support.

Or perhaps you want to outsource your HR completely and have us run it as though we were a fully integrated member of your team. Whatever you think you need, we can find an option to suit.

What does it cost?

The monthly fixed fee is based on the number of employees you have - please get in touch with us to discuss.

Retainer packages are based on an initial 12-month contract followed by a rolling monthly contract. Payable by monthly direct debit.

Essential HR Support Package

Our Essential HR Support packages give you access to unlimited email and telephone advice when you need it, without any hassle.

We will give you quick, tailored responses to all your HR queries.

Discounted rates for additional support that may be needed after email/telephone advice on an issue, or any other project work that you need.

Our Total HR Support packages provide a fully outsourced remote HR service - ensuring your business remains compliant and HR is managed for you - as a more cost-effective alternative to employing an in-house HR resource.
