Just like having your own HR Manager, without the need to pay ongoing salary and employment costs.

Additional services that can be incorporated into a retainer package include:

• Getting started package - discounted access to our 'getting started' package to give you everything you need when hiring your first employee
• HR Software - GDPR compliant systems to streamline and simplify your people admin - think booking holidays, tracking sickness, managing employee data, and expenses
• Discounted bespoke HR projects
• Training and development programs
• Recruitment - full end-to-end recruitment support - from hiring to onboarding

Price typically depends on the number of employees who have - please get in touch with us to discuss.

Retainers are charged monthly via direct debit ( no long tie-in periods!)

If you have an initial project that you would like support with, and would like to look at ad-hoc monthly support as well, we can build this all into a fixed fee monthly retainer - so you spread the cost throughout the year (appropriate minimum tie-in period will apply.)  Ongoing monthly support costs will then be reduced once the project work has been completed.
